PRIVACY POLICY

• • Sensor data (power, heart rate, cadence) is processed in your browser. It is not uploaded unless you save a ride or leaderboard entry.
• • We collect the minimum: your email if you join the waitlist, and ride results if you post to the leaderboard.
• • We never sell your personal data. Ads and affiliate links pay the bills instead.
• • You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you — just email us.

LuftQuest ("we", "us") operates luftquest.com, an indoor cycling trainer web app. For any privacy question or request, contact us via the contact page.

• Sensor data: power, heart rate and cadence read from your ANT+/Bluetooth devices stay on your device unless you finish a ride and choose to save or share it.
• Account data: if you connect Spotify or sign in, we hold the identifiers needed to keep the connection working. Spotify playback uses Spotify's own platform under their terms.
• Leaderboard entries: initials, score, workout and date — nothing more. Please don't use your full name as your initials.
• Waitlist / contact: your email address, used only to tell you about LuftQuest.

• • The app itself uses local browser storage to remember your rider profile, settings and quest progress. This never leaves your device.
• • We may display advertising, including Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies to serve and measure ads. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google settings at adssettings.google.com.
• • We sell some ad placements directly. Direct sponsors receive aggregate impression counts only — never your personal data.

The Gear Shop and Trip Finder contain affiliate links (for example to Amazon and travel partners). If you click through and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate networks may set their own cookies when you click — their handling of that data is governed by their privacy policies, not ours. We only recommend gear we'd ride with ourselves.

If you're in the UK/EEA you have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to direct marketing. Email us and we'll sort it within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

LuftQuest is not directed at children under 13, and the expletive-enabled coach modes require an 18+ confirmation. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
